After cleaning, we'll arrange delivery-typically within 5 working days - once payment has been received (via debit card or bank transfer).
Once booked in online customers will receive step-by step instructions by email, along with a notification once the parcel is received.
Essential Information for Postal Quotes
When sending items for a quote, please include your full name, address, and contact details inside the parcel.
If possible, print and include the order form provided. If you do not have access to a printer, simply write the information clearly on a piece of paper and place it inside the box.
• Place your items inside a disposable plastic bag
• Put the bagged coat inside a cardboard box
• Include a sheet of paper inside the box with your details:
Full name
Address
Contact number and email
Royal Mail Special Delivery (recommended for tracking and insurance)
